Start Over, Without Starting from Scratch

What’s New:
 Both accountants and operators can now start over on a client or business without impacting billing.
This gives you a clean slate, restarting onboarding while keeping your existing subscription intact.
How to start over:
Accountants
: Go to Firm Settings → Clients, select a client, and click Start Over…
Operators
: Go to Settings → Subscription, open the Manage menu, and click Start Over…
What to Expect:
All existing data and connections will be removed
You’ll go through onboarding again
Billing stays the same
The entity remains on the same plan
Why It Matters:
 You can reset and rebuild cleanly, without needing to recreate billing or set up a new subscription.
